Owner Service Requests:

How to Access Your Owner Account Information:

Click on “Login” above to access your Owner Account and to view community notifications, the community document library or other services.

After logging in you can view your owner accounting information, change your personal account and contact information, and consent to receive emails (e-Consent). You can also change your owner account password and notification settings after you have logged in.  

Property notifications for upcoming work or emergencies will be posted to the secure log-in site for owner information. If you have agreed to e-Consent you will receive property notifications by email.

About Rutland House:

The property is located within the southwest sector of the City of Calgary in what is known locally as Rideau Park residential district. The building was constructed around 1956 as unique slab lifting structure. The Rutland House condominium complex is comprised of a 6 story rectangular apartment building with 56 individually owned units, one of them a commercial unit, currently hair salon. The building was converted into condominium in 1975.


The building was constructed over a secured heated underground parkade. The building includes storage rooms with individual storage lockers, laundry facilities, washroom and social room. The garbage chutes are located at each floor. There are two fire stairwells and the building is serviced by a single elevator that provides access to all floors including the parkade. The roof is flat and offers 360 degree view of downtown Calgary, the Elbow River and the Rocky Mountains.

 

The building has a Resident Manager who resides in the condo corporation suite. All building residents have access to a recreational swimming pool, which is shared with another three buildings in this community.
